Working with the company’s marketing director to create a collection of flat lay down and feature-focused images for a series of new seasonal clothing products for use on the website and other marketing channels.

Stick to the Guidelines.
A strict design guide was followed to style and photograph each product category–such as polo shirts, high-water shirts, and robes–along with detailed specifications for post-production needs including sizing, color proofing, and cropping.
For new products that were not part of an established collection or series, I collaborated with the brand’s marketing director and production team to develop a new guide that could be used as a standard moving forward.
It’s all in the details.
In addition to front and back shots, each product required detailed close-up images of specific features unique to California Cowboy products.
Many times, I was working with samples (not final product), which often contained inaccuracies. This resulted in several details being digitally corrected in post-production (color-correcting, labels swapped, elements lengthened/shortened, etc.)
